Life's woe is life's blessing.
As time went on, my reasons to live changed.
As the years went by and the experiences accumulated themselves under the disguise of my inner feelings, scars and beliefs, it all influenced the way I looked at the world.
Now, I finally look at the world with hope.
But not a baseless hope, it's a form of hope planted on the firm belief of self-confidence and vision, honoring myself, the person I became and a clear sight of the path I walk towards.
My perspective and reason to live is to edify myself, to galvanize others, to show that even though life is uncontrollable at times, we always have the possibility to create something breathtaking out of it.
The almagation of experiences that life offered me helped me create a better version of myself.
And if look back, now, I realise how blessed I was.
I am not speaking of having had a smooth life. I do feel blessed for having had a turbulent life. For all that has made me into who I am today.
There's a paucity of understanding about this.
No human will ever have an easy life, we all have to tackle different kinds of challenges, experiences, regrets, traumas and emotional or physical scars.
The difference lies in the perspective one has.
We are not as mad as to consciously decide and choose to live through such devastating circumstances, to create them with our own hands.
Sometimes it's our own bad decisions that created them, even if it wasn't our intentions. Other times it's life itself that forces it on us.
But time, perspective, understanding and introspection is the equation that grants one wings.
You don't need anyone or anything to make your life worth living.
All you need is within.
All you need is your own past, the experiences and feelings that made of you, the you that you are today.
All you need is the perspective, patience and understanding that through time, you may discover the meaningful wisdom within your experiences.
A sagacious person only has himself to thank for who he/she is.
No one was born that way but it was slowly created, brick by brick, in a sanguine way, with experiences and time, slowly but surely by shedding light and understanding into their own experiences and life, with the perspective and vision of who they want to be and where they want to go.
You don't have to know all the answers.
But have the courage to accept what life currently is, and was.
Accept the circumstances and experiences you went through & are currently living, and have the confidence to pick a direction, where you want to go and walk with confidence.
Honor your inner self, honor your own person.
Your story doesn't define your worth, it's only a part of it.
At the same time, no one else other than yourself can decide your self-worth.
Honor your heart, your vision, your dreams and give your all.
Life's woe is life's blessing in the right hands. Life offers, what you do with it lies on your hands. ~
